As we all know, two weeks ago the Home Buyer Tax Credit was extended and expanded. To help you take advantage of this opportunity, we have created a few resources we’d like to share with you.
• Visit TaxCredit.ReeceAndNichols.com for a FAQ on the tax credit incentives and a new David Knox video (recorded especially for Reece & Nichols).• In the Today Studio, we have created and posted an Action Plan that you can send to your COI regarding the tax credit. The plan is called “Tax Credit Extended.”
Because the Tax Credit also makes right now the right time to SELL, we’ll be adding some extra media exposure to the December 6th Open House Celebration, including information on the Tax Credits.
